Meet Tito

Tito’s journey in dentistry started in 2010, and his passion for leadership and patient care shines through every day. Starting his career as a dental assistant, he worked his way through clinical and administrative roles in community health centers, corporate dentistry, university faculty practices, and private practices. Today, he proudly serves as our Office Manager, where he thrives in creating strong systems, building positive team culture, and ensuring every patient has the best experience possible.

In 2024, Tito was recognized nationally as the AADOM Office Manager of the Year and also earned his MAADOM designation — achievements that highlight his dedication to the profession.

Outside of work, Tito enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and tending to his ever-growing plant collection.
